This 80-year-old registered disabled reader very much enjoyed reading Christine Parkinson’s illuminating front-page story headlined ‘Held back by ageism’ (April 2016). As it’s that time of the year for some of us to have our annual senior citizen test, it’s very important to keep alert with brain activity. My motto is “If you don’t use it – you’ll lose it”.
