With ref to your article on page 6, I am dyslexic and I cannot use computers so I need a cheque book, my mother needs one too. I belong to clubs and small associations so they would not be able to afford the technology needed.
I have been medically retired for almost 9 years and I am looking after my mother who has been house bound for 15 years and is up in her bedroom in a hospital bed.
Life is difficult enough already.
