Both ITV and BBC seem to like a lot of background NOISE which makes it impossible for hearing aid users to listen to the spoken words from judges and others taking part.
Now that there are more female presenters this is also creating a problem for us as hearing aids do not always pick up their voices.
With other programmes there is often distracting sound, supposed to be music, which badly masks voices making it impossible for hearing aid users to enjoy programmes.
