Summer music is back!

Summer music is back!

Everybody has heard about the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew – they are iconic and world famous as a centre of excellence in the botanic world – the gardens have been on the same site in Kew for over 250 years and is said to contain over 30,000 living plants on site.

But what you probably didn’t know is that the gardens have their own police force known as the Kew Constabulary that have existed for over 150 years and they have been hosting music concerts now for over 30 years.  What could be nicer, on a warm summers evening than sitting in the beautiful landscaped gardens, with a picnic listening to some world class music.  Well if that’s what you like doing then you have a host of stars to choose from at this year’s “Kew The Music” concerts.  Acts as diverse as Will Young, Simply Red. The Coors and Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra will be performing on the stage between the 12th and 17th July.

You can find out more by visiting the website, kewthemusic.org or by calling the 24 ticket hotline on 0844 871 8803 – you can even book a picnic for collection on the evening!
