Firms like Sainsbury’s put most of their employees on part time years ago to save NI contributions and those people had to get another job as well for a full time wage.
This has been adopted by many other firms, why are they not being picked out for treating employees badly.
Frank Field and his ilk, the career politicians, are only interested in their own publicity and big rise and expenses, let him try a real job.
