The `best cruise line’, `best tour operator’, `best destination’ and `best airline’ are among twelve categories included in Silver Travel Advisor’s search for the top tourism providers for the over 50s.
The top organisations and destinations, voted for by `Silver Travellers’, will be recognised at the first Silver Travel Advisor Travel Awards in June 2015 at a champagne reception at the Natural History Museum forming part of Age UK’s `Vitality Ball’, and hosted by Jennie Bond, (pictured) former BBC Royal Correspondent.
Silver Travel Advisor’s Debbie Marshall said “We are looking for companies and destinations that consistently exceed expectations for the older market.
Votes can be cast online until March 31st 2015.
The winner of each category will be the one which has secured the highest number of public votes, and the awards will be presented by Jennie Bond.
A panel of celebrity judges will select the best of the best from the category winners and this top award for excellence will be presented during the prestigious Vitality Ball”.
