I never thought I would find myself agreeing with Mr. Paxman, but I concur totally with his views on your publication. As an obviously intelligent man, I’m sure he is not in denial of his age, but of you bracketing all of 21 million of us the same!
You miss the point. I could ALMOST understand it if your age range started at 70 or even 75. Do you not realise that 50 is the mid – thirties of the 1980s? At my advanced age of 51, l run 40/45 miles and swim about a mile every week.
Anyway, excuse me, got to dash. The man’s come to fix my stairlift.
