Food for thought

Dear Sir

I have been in hospitals a few times and always had excellent food.  But that was not on my mind. I went in to be cured, not to look for complaints about the kitchen. In fact I cut down.  It’s silly to eat too much when one is inactive.

And why consider whether or not the food was from local sources. Surely only the best and economic should be served. We know that farmers export their premium products so that  they get the top  prices (look at the farming programmes on T.V.). Foreigners would not put up with the leftovers  supplied to us.
