There is a rise in foodbanks and more and more used by older people to stay alive and healthy.
With the cost of living going up and up, people on fixed incomes have choices , either eat, heat the home or pay other bills and sometimes something has to go and the first thing can be food, and eating less and this can effect health and is very sad.
