Janice Forrester tries out a set of Blackspade pyjamas
Blackspade have a wonderful range of pyjamas. In this day and age I find it so difficult to find nightwear that is comfortable, warm (but not too warm), cool (but not too cool) and look nice at the same time.
The set of pyjamas I chose are pictured. They are fantastic. Both the top and trousers are stretchy and long – but not too long! The top is very pretty with the floral design, and the neck being a slight V shape means that you don’t get a cold chest, but at the same time, it’s feminine and delicate. The material is so soft, it’s brilliant for my delicate eczema-ridden skin.
The set is very good to wash. There’s no shrinkage or colour run which is a godsend considering so many sets of clothes and pyjamas become faded and about 6 inches shorter than when you bought them once they’ve been washed a few times!
Ultimately this comfortable set of pyjamas are an investment for all year round nightwear.
