I fully endorse the sentiments of Mark Govier and think it an injustice that we are not allowed to end our own life with suitable safeguards, if it becomes unbearable. However there is already an association, Dignity in Dying, to which I belong, working towards this objective so think it better all efforts are concentrated through one organization rather than two. That is unless there is a very good reason for another, which I would then be willing to consider joining.
It seems likely the majority of the public would supprt this change in the law but it has to be passed by Parliament.
