There is a limit to how many heating appliances that can be turned down or switched off and it is a disgrace that the Government is letting so many people die of cold, particularly the elderly.
So-called ‘green’ taxes rob the poor to fund solar panels for the rich, instead of wasting time debating with Ofgem, the Government should abolish these taxes together with VAT on domestic fuel. The EU will not let us? Then tell it to go to H***.
I do not want more women in Parliament but more scientists and engineers. It would make a change to have some people who can count and who have read their own electricity bills.
