This pan is a real multi-use gem. It cooks evenly, no matter the task set – from Poached eggs, to stir fry, to rump steak, to cheese sauce.
The only downside to this set is that with a metal handle, it does heat up quite quickly and I have caught myself a couple of times by grabbing the pan handle without thinking – but as I have always used a tea towel to pick pans up in the past, it’s no trouble for me to go back to that again!
These pans are dishwasher safe, and non-stick, so is one of the easiest pans I own to clean. Useable on all hob types (and in the oven up to 210 degrees!), and a lifetime guarantee, the Stellar Chef’s pan really is worth every penny of its RRP – no matter which size pan you choose!
