More and more people who rent whilst employed on a low income will not be able to pay the rent when they retire because their income is too low.
How is this solved and not be made homeless for both single people and couples?
The requirement to satisfy letting agents/landlords is a multiple of income to determine affordability is unlikely to be satisfied is an obvious problem. Another obvious problem is that many landlords will not accept tenants on benefit because of previous bad experiences
