With regard to nuisance calls, although I joined the preference service, I still get nuisance calls regularly. All those you wrote about, I’ve had the calls. Some I get over and over again although I told them not to call me again. One of these the caller says he is from the NHS but basically it’s just to sell us tablets or cream, supposedly the very best for our aches and pains. If I recognise the voice I just put the receiver straight down. So far I’ve been polite!
