Izzy Ferris, 19, started doing work experience at South West News Service when she was just 14-years-old.
She started as a reporter in September after finishing her A-levels. SWNS convinced Izzy that she did not need to take up the university place she was offered and start ASAP.
She is a keen horse rider and also likes planning exciting holidays and playing the piano.
