We are hoping to form a League of Friends to support our local library, which is under threat of closure after a public consultation period.
I wondered if any of your readers have any information regarding this issue.
Like so many other people, we believe a WAY OF LIFE will disappear if councils are allowed, without protest, to destroy such a highly valued service.
We are aiming to have a protest meeting also involving local MPs at Cleckheaton Library on 1st December at 6pm.
