Malvern RamlersAs the days get lighter and warmer, the Ramblers invites you join an evening ramble with our programme of Summer Evening Walks taking place across the country from June to September.

With the programme of walks stretching over the summer, there is plenty of time to make the most of the fair weather. The walks are FREE and short (about 3 miles to 7 miles) with something for everyone. Most of the walks start after the working day comes to a close so are a perfect way to unwind after a busy day in the office. Whether you’re in the countryside and want to enjoy the wildlife this seasons brings with it; or are looking for a chance to explore the greener side of your city, there’ll be a Ramblers summer walk to suite you.

Tom Franklin, Ramblers Chief Executive said: “The heaths are buzzing, the parks are an umbrella of green, the summer chorus is in full swing - summer is definitely the time to be making the most of the outdoors. Use the extra hours of daylight to shake out the creases, put on a pair of comfortable shoes and fit in some walking to enjoy the sights and sounds this seasons has to offer.”

Malvern RamlersTom Franklin continues: “Walking is a brilliant way to unwind, de-stress and get out into the fresh air. It’s good for your heart, good for your lungs, good for your mood and with the sun still high in the sky, a perfect way to keep healthy by fitting in some easy after-work exercise.”

It’s the perfect time to join us, to become a member of the Ramblers today visit: www.ramblers.org.uk/membership/about/joinand-share-the-joy
