Voting forms - is a new 'box' needed?

I enjoyed reading Terry Waite's article in June's edition of the Mature Times. His idea of having a place on the voting form to vote "none of the above" echoes my thoughts for quite a while now.
Why not test this our among other like-minded people via your excellent paper?
