How to Look Good Naked is back, celebrating the naked body in all its glory! Breasts, bums, thighs and tummies are the stars of the show, as presenter and stylist Gok Wan takes a closer look at naked Britain and hears what people really think about their bodies.
The ‘Naked’ team is currently scouring the UK for men and women of all ages willing to talk frankly about bodies, which bits they love, and which bits they loathe. The show reveals a telling portrait of Naked Britain whilst celebrating the naked form in all its glory.
This time round though, the team wants to hear from people from all age groups, particularly those over the age of 60.
As always, Gok takes someone on a life-changing journey from body loathing to body loving, all without going under the knife. Each person faces their fears and gets their kit off, both behind closed doors… and in public!
