Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton spent many a happy hour in the countryside here, and today, you too can spend time in the beautiful grounds. This lovely manor is also home to over 600 rare and endangered animals in its Wildlife Park, giving guests an unique chance to enjoy the fascinating Lemur Wood and a fine collection of Big Cats.
And in the evening, you’ll have an equally wild time with the live entertainment.

The Wildlife Park
The most impressive wildlife park in South West England and home to 600 rare and endangered species, including lemurs, primates, camels, reptiles and wildfowl. Warner guests are entitled to a discount on the tickets - £6.50 per person or £12 per couple.

As usual, Warner lays on non-stop entertainment each night. Tribute bands include: Elvis, Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey,The Billy Fury Show and The John Lennon Experience. Music includes Jazz, Taste Of The West Country, Viva Las Vegas, Rhythm and Blues. And there’s the usual special occasion cabarets and comedians.

Although deep in the heart of the countryside, Cricket St. Thomas is surprisingly close to the delights of the coast.
Forde Abbey & Gardens: A Cistercian monastery filled with treasures and set in 30 acres of garden – only ten minutes away.
Lyme Regis: A charming fishing village, famous for its fossils and The French Lieutenant’s Woman – thirty minutes away.
Heritage Beach and Clifftop Walks: Breathe in the sea air and gaze over spectacular coastal scenery – thirty minutes away.
Special Events
Check dates for the Bath and West Country Show in late May, The Lifeboat Week in Lyme Regis in the summer and the South Somerset Carnival processions every Saturday in October.

Our well-appointed rooms are in purpose-built buildings in the Courtyard and petite Walled Garden. The Walled Garden accommodation is linked via a fully enclosed walkway and just a short walk outside. Twin, double, non-smoking and smoking rooms are available. All rooms are serviced daily.
