NI surplus? It's worse than that!

Cannock Seniors' letter to James Purnell mentions the surplus in the NI fund.
I would like to point out that the latest Government Actuary
Department report into the State pension situation and the National
Insurance Fund balances are far greater than quoted in Cannock's letter.

The balance of the NIF is predicted to be around £70 billion by 2008, £81
billion by 2009, over £121 billion by 2012 and £136 billion by 2013.
