Guide for the disabled and their families

RADAR, the UK's leading disability rights organisation, has released a new edition of "If Only I'd Known That a Year Ago", a guide for newly disabled people, their families and friends.
The Guide has been developed to assist people to continue to have the same rights as non-disabled people and live as full and equal citizens.
The Guide provides advice on numerous aspects of life including Employment and Education, Health Services, Leisure Activities, Benefits and Personal Relationships.
In addition to the 'If Only I Knew that a Year Ago' Guide, RADAR publishes the following guides for disabled people: Leisure Time Days Out; Holidays in Britain and Ireland; National Key Scheme Guide (listing accessible public toilets across the UK); There and Back: A Guide to Non-Local Transport.
