Look snappy for Countryside Alliance photographic competition

The Countryside Alliance (CLA) photographic competition is back for second year - and once again takes rural Britain as its theme. The deadline is Friday 18th April 2008, and the winning photographs will be used in the 2009 Countryside Alliance calendar.

The 2008 competition has four categories: British Wildlife, the British Countryside, Rural Life/Country Sports, and Seasons.

As well as their photograph appearing in the 2009 calendar, the winning photographers will each receive a pair of tickets to the CLA Game Fair for Saturday 26th July 2008, and ten complimentary copies of the calendar. Entry requirements for the competition as well as the full competition rules and advice on taking photographs are on the Countryside Alliance website at www.countryside-alliance.org.uk. The closing date is Friday 18th April 2008 and all entries must be clearly labelled with the date and location of the photo as well as the photographer’s details, and sent to: Countryside Alliance Photo Competition 2008, PO Box 313, Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 2AA.
