The Citizens Advice service helps people solve their legal, consumer and other problems by providing free advice, and by influencing policymakers.

Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity and more than 20,000 of the people involved in the service are trained volunteers, helping people to resolve nearly 5.5 million new problems a year.

The busy and highly respected Citizens Advice Bureau in Christchurch, Dorset is recruiting again, looking for up to ten new volunteer advisers.  Six months full training and support will be given, and you can enjoy stimulating, challenging and rewarding work with happy, friendly colleagues of all ages and backgrounds.

Other volunteer openings are also available, especially for admin assistants with good secretarial experience.
