There are some fantastic treats in store this New Year as the annual Get Into London Theatre promotion takes centre stage. From 10 January to 17 March 2007, Get Into London Theatre offers you the chance to buy theatre tickets to over 60 London shows starting from as little as £10.
Ticket offers at prices between £10 and £35 will be available on a choice of musicals, comedies, dramas, operas and ballets. Shows participating include smash hit musicals Monty Python’s Spamalot, Mary Poppins, Porgy and Bess and Evita; plays include The History Boys, Amy’s View and productions by the RSC and National Theatre; Giselle by English National Ballet and English National Opera’s newly launched The Marriage of Figaro.
Midweeker matinee tickets are on offer at £15, £20 and £25 and, for those aged 16 to 25 years old, tickets will be available for only £10 and £15 for specific shows. Every G.I.L.T. booker will also receive a discount voucher for up to £5 to use at "tkts", the official half-price theatre booth in the heart of Leicester Square.
To make a G.I.L.T. trip complete, there are also excellent deals available for restaurants, hotels, rail travel and half-price Central London parking.
