I would take issue with you regarding the quality of hospital food.
I think having had four in patient spells in the Royal United Hospital Bath
since April 2014, I can pass on the reality of the situation.
The food was first class, with a wide choice, the salmon bake was to die for
and the creamed potatoes a revelation.
Much of the problem is that to many older patients are just not used to
Regular food and seem to exist on milky drinks, in fact they think this Is
the nurses priority to supply these over their nursing duties
A final observation is that 80% of older patients are severely obese And
this should be addressed before they have treatment.
