Lee Knights is a qualified, experienced journalist/author as well as dance instructor (International Dance Teachers Association - IDTA), performer, choreographer and competition judge.

Lee is a leading UK/international expert on Latin music and dance, a co-author Find the Rhythm!, the world’s first in-depth guide to salsa music for the dancer.

"Find the Rhythm!" - The Dancers' Guide to Feeling Salsa Music was written as a collaboration with Alex Wilson, the UK's No1 salsa bandleader and pianist.

As an experienced, qualified journalist, specialising in dance and music, Lee writes regularly for the dance and national press. Recent celebrity interviews include Arlene Philips, Len Goodman and Vincent and Flavia.
