Bristol Careline provides a lifeline with a dedicated service available 24/7, reassuring those living alone, vulnerable to falling or simply needing to hear a friendly voice.

Careline’s service is easy to use

• When you press either of your Careline alarm buttons we receive a call and can identify you. The telephone unit has a built-in microphone and loudspeaker. The personal alarm can be activated from anywhere in your home.
   
• Careline immediately contact the right person to get you help – a friend, relative, neighbour, or if necessary the emergency services.
   
• Anyone can apply for our services from Bristol and the surrounding areas. You do not have to be disabled or above a certain age. If you think that you, a family member or a friend could benefit from this, please contact us to arrange a free demonstration.
   
• We will gladly visit you at home for to show you how the equipment works, and, we will also install it there and then if you decide you'd like to go ahead. Find out more by watching our video

Terms and conditions:

Careline is available from £45.50 per quarter. Service covers: provision of home-alarm equipment; 24-hr cover by Careline monitoring centre, plus all maintenance. 

One-off installation charge of £25 applies. Minimum service contract is 12 months. Careline service is VAT-exempt.
